In a word, I’m a coach whose practice is embodied leadership. This is about taking abstract leadership concepts (presence, communication, accountability, decisiveness, relationships) and integrating them into the people and culture of an organisation. This means making them real through actions and integration. This is the hard work that leaders and their teams need to be doing. People are craving more depth, more connection, and more heart from the leaders they choose to follow and the organisations they give their hearts and minds to. They are craving embodied leaders who create cultures that people are inspired to be part of. Leaders who can integrate knowledge into experience, values into action, who hold a powerful vision and create the kind of legacy most leaders only dream of. After all, if we could learn how to lead, and build a high-performance culture by reading a book, we\'d be surrounded by great companies, great leaders and working on amazing teams.
