As a coach and advisor to his clients, Bruce combines his 25-year career as a team leader with a passion for supporting leaders in their growth and evolution. His coaching work is designed to maximize the client’s success by helping them develop the necessary skills and self-awareness to effectively inspire and guide their organizations. He has worked with leaders and teams at companies including Salesforce, New Relic, Tripp, pFriem Family Brewers, Kona, BetterYou, Coupa and TPx Communications. Bruce began coaching as a way to leverage his years of experience in building and managing teams in both pre-IPO and public companies. Drawing from these experiences as a start-up leader has allowed him to partner with growing organizations as they seek to build a balance between addressing scale with team development. Through individualized coaching and development, Bruce supports leaders in uncovering their biggest stress triggers, navigating difficult situations, identifying and eliminating roadblocks, and ultimately, designing their work and life around what matters most to them.
