Plan and prepare work orders for planned and reactive capital expenditure projects for commercial multimillion-dollar mechanical asset replacement programs-Work with internal resources, vendors, and contractors to develop and execute projects -Develop accurate time and resource estimates with service providers and operations team-Complete purchasing and procurement tasks as necessary for all projects-Lead internal meetings, presenting account updates and work order tracking data-Lead external meetings with stakeholders in order to communicate and establish updates and expectations for project timelines and estimated target completion dates-Management of supply and equipment delivery tracking -Scheduling of all projects for completion for each program fiscal year-Approval and sign off for billing on completed projects and work orders, including provisions for cost breakdowns by line item for materials, labor, shipping, equipment transportation, etc-Utilization of software to track status updates, margins, and other financial data to ensure program sustainability and profitability in collaboration with account management.
