ABOUT TRAVIS MILLS

I’m a finance and real estate student at Arizona State University, graduating in 2026, with a passion for hospitality and real estate investment strategies that drive value creation through repositioning, design, and brand transformation. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of operational excellence, strategic asset management, and growth—whether in iconic outdoor destinations or world-class hospitality markets—where value-add and opportunistic approaches unlock long-term returns. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, where I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the kinds of places that bring people together. That experience guided my interest in hospitality, which I deepened while working at a mountain resort in Estes Park. There I saw how spaces can serve and shape people. This summer, I\'m underwriting real estate deals at Trinity Investors, building on past experience managing a real estate portfolio at STORE Capital and equity research at ASU’s REIT Portfolio Practicum. I\'m drawn to real estate not just for its returns, but for its ability to create meaning—especially in hospitality, where service, place, and purpose meet. Outside of work, you’ll find me cycling, skiing, hiking, or exploring new cities—and the hotels that make them memorable.
