ABOUT KAY BOOTH

Kay Ryan Booth has been a highly successful senior executive on Wall Street for 40 years. Kay is actively involved in the private equity markets working with mid to small market exceptional companies to provide capital and resources. At Trinity Investors, Kay is a Strategic Partner and Portfolio Manager of Trinity Funds II, IV & V. Since January 2013, Kay serves as a Director and Trustee of the Prudential Insurance Funds Board; the subsidiary of Fortune 100 Prudential Financial, Inc. which oversees more than $140 billion in investment portfolios of Prudential Financial\'s annuity products offered by the firm. Prior to her involvement in private equities and corporate boards, she served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council for the FASB and served on the Board of Governors at the CFA Institute, Chairing its Audit and Risk Committee and on the Nominating Committee. Kay was Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Global Research at J.P. Morgan where she successfully integrated and managed four businesses to profitability. Prior to that, Ms. Booth was a Senior Managing Director and Global Director of Equity Research at Bear Stearns & Co, Inc. driving the department to a world-class, award winning status, ranking first or second in a variety of surveys and polls. Kay also led hard dollar, alternative research products and Commission Sharing Arrangements. In addition to her other responsibilities, she managed the Bear Stearns Focus List, a stock picking list, ranking first among all brokers in the Barron’s/Zach’s survey with over 21% return. She is also dedicated to her alma mater Indiana University where she serves on three boards and is the University’s first female chair for the IU Foundation and immediate past chair of the Foundation’s Investment Committee, Past Chair the Dean\'s Advisory Board for The College of Arts and Sciences and Chaired the Women\'s Philanthropy Leadership Council. Ms. Booth is also serving as Chair of the Budget, Audit & Human Resources Committee as well as a Co-Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee for Culver Academies a secondary boarding school. She has also chaired committees for other not for profit organizations. Ms. Booth has received numerous recognitions and awards from several organizations for her leadership and service.
