I lead Product Experience and Delivery, with accountability for UX design, Content design, and product-led engagement across the platform.I manage a cross-functional team of 11 and set the direction for how we design, deliver, and improve end-to-end customer experiences. My focus is on creating clear, usable, and accessible products, embedding UX and content best practices from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.I own Pendo as our primary product analytics and in-app engagement platform, using insight to identify friction, inform prioritisation, and drive onboarding and feature adoption. I work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to align user needs with business outcomes and deliver measurable improvements in usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
