I’m passionate about using technology to improve how public services work. Councils deliver services people rely on every day, and I support them to adopt new ways of thinking and working within waste services. I enjoy connecting people, ideas and technology to help build modern, inclusive councils and a more joined-up, citizen-centred public sector.I’m currently working with SocietyWorks to help councils improve how residents access waste services. Through the WasteWorks platform, councils can offer one simple digital place for bin days, missed collections, assisted services and waste payments.
