ABOUT THEO OSSEI-ANTO

Ever since I was a little kid, I have wanted to help people. Each summer, as most of my friends were getting part-time jobs or going on vacation, I was volunteering in homeless shelters and leading service trips. I learned early on, that even when you don\'t have much, it is important to share what you do have with others. So I have lived my life generously working to uplift others. Today, as a non-profit director, I keep the people I serve at the heart of every decision I make. I use the invaluable skills I developed as a teacher and school leader - vision setting, community outreach, curriculum development, and public speaking - to develop dynamic programs focused on social justice and equity. I connect deeply with others and use the experience that I have as a leadership coach to empower people to take positive action for themselves and their community. And through it all, I remain grounded in my purpose to share what I have - my knowledge, skills, resources, and my unique experience - with others. All these years later, I am still working to help people. I have accomplished so much, and still have so much to learn. And I am eager to connect with you, so we can start working together to build the coalition we need to make our community and this world a more equitable place.
