I am currently focused on internal sales meetings, education seminars, product launches, product trainings, and teambuilding events for the Healthcare sector. For each individual event, I am the project manager and the main point of contact for our internal stakeholders, vendors, and facilities that we work with.Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, budget management, registration website development/management, communication plans, property sourcing, contracting, survey distribution and analysis, and organizing all logistical details (speaker selection, agenda development, etc).My favorite aspect of the job is the daily interaction with multiple different people. The success of the program is based on the partnership of the entire team. I enjoy building those relationships on trust and work hard to maintain them throughout the program.
