ABOUT TONY F.

Committed to powering growth and innovation, I have built my career on leading organizations – from startups to Fortune 5 companies and healthcare giants – to gain a competitive edge within fast-evolving, highly regulated global markets.The foundation of my experience driving transformation of strategy, products, and engineering began early in my career working at NeXT with Steve Jobs, at Apple, and with Lockheed Martin. From there, I moved into product management roles, taking on responsibilities owning product lines for customers, like Dell, HP, and IBM, and directing large teams of product strategists and developers to define, build, and optimize multi-use platforms.More recently, I have worked with market pioneers to scale technology and people capacity, while also proving integral to fundraising and investor relations, executing major operational improvements, and achieving high risk data compliance within the strictest requirements. By prioritizing the mentorship/development of my team and doing the dirty work that’s essential to creating and sustaining real change, we can solve any sized problem – and enjoy the process of getting there.My passion is strategizing and supporting next-level product, engineering, and operations strategy through a forward-thinking lens and leadership style, and I look forward to connecting with anyone who would like to draw on my experience, talents, and expertise.
