I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 as mortgage broker, landlord/investor and now Realtor. I\'m licensed in both OREGON and WASHINGTON. I spent 10 years as a mortgage lender analyzing deals and scrutinizing homes and crunching numbers. Although I have a knack structuring deals and making numbers work my real passion is working with people, the property, not the banks. In 2015 I joined Windermere and hit the ground running. In our current market, offer strategies and listing strategies are more crucial than ever. I help buyers and sellers go through a process to identify and prioritize what their wants are and plan how to achieve them. This might mean going all-in to win a multiple offer situation or knowing when to walk away. Or, developing a listing strategy around your limitations, time constraints that still attract the right price. I\'m happy to answer any questions you or a friend may have about property. I specialize in the greater Portland Metro area but I\'m also part of a national referral team and can help anyone anywhere.
