As the new Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager, Tony will provide oversight, change management, and support to implement a myriad of HR functions for the Agency that will focus on HR rules, policies, strategies, classification and compensation, employee relations, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, HRIS, employee engagement, coaching, training, and development. As the HRBP Manager, Tony will be responsible for leading projects that play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of HR processes, workflows, policies, and procedures. This is done to ensure exceptional customer service and an accountable and skilled workforce. Tony will also play a pivotal role in assisting Morrison to achieve our business goals of serving kids and families per year.
