ABOUT TONY MOORE.

I am a Chartered Project Professional with and MSc in Project Management and a Fellow of the APM. I am a proactive, results driven, commercially and technically astute specialist in Project, Portfolio and Program Management combining extensive knowledge and experience with demonstrable success in delivering, greenfield and brownfield development projects across the oil and gas, petrochemical, process, power and infrastructure, renewable, and mining industry sectors. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational and planning expertise. I react calmly under pressure and excel when diffusing potential difficult situations. I am flexible in working and consider myself to be proactive problem solver and take professional pride in my work. I apply meticulous attention to governance, offering a collaborative approach to teamwork and a disciplined work ethic to ensure high quality and standards. I use my own initiative but also take onboard my team’s input, whilst ensuring all health and safety requirements and risk and issue management are at the forefront of all projects, whilst insisting on high standards to ensure projects are delivered to a high and professional standard. I am now looking to apply my excellent knowledge, experience and skills in order to achieve, excel and evolve in a challenging and fulfilling project director role.
