I\'ll be working on solutions to these two key issues affecting Americans everywhere: http://familyvaluesatwork.org/issues/I will co-conspire with the Director of Development, the Family Values @ Work Leadership Team, our incredible Executive Director, the FV@W Board, the FV@W Advisory Circle, and others, to build robust individual giving support for our network of advocates, organizers and network members. Key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding current and prospective donors to expand their financial support for FV@W and our C4 sister organization, FV@W Action. This role is responsible for a portfolio of annual and major gift prospects and multi-channel fundraising efforts for both C3 and C4 organizations. Key responsibilities also include strategy and oversight for donor engagement and cultivation events, as well as planning our annual virtual gala with the Development team
