As the Senior Manager of V-BAT (UAS) Product Delivery, Logistics & Sustainment, I lead the establishment and operation of our V-BAT product fulfillment organization. My role encompasses:• Leadership and Organization: I spearhead the V-BAT product fulfillment team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.• Product Fulfillment: I oversee the support of finished goods and final configuration, meeting customer requirements and quality standards.• UAS Maintenance: I manage the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.• System Shipping: I coordinate system shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.• Inventory Management: I oversee inventory management processes, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining optimal stock levels.• Administrative Management: I handle administrative tasks related to maintenance and inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.My expertise lies in product fulfillment, UAS maintenance, and sustainment, coupled with strong leadership and organizational skills.
