Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I bring extensive experience working with partner nations, leading diverse teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. I earned my Juris Doctor prior to my infantry service, and that legal foundation now informs my work navigating regulatory frameworks and enabling compliant international defense partnerships.
