Business Process Management Capabilities Own strategy & execution of Business Process Management capabilities at AkzoNobelAlign the BPM strategy with leadership, i.e. GPO Core Team - consisting of ExCo direct reports (Head of Commercial & Strategy, Chief Information Officer, Director ISC COE & Global Quality & Head of GBS)Represent BPM globally in GPO forum and other relevant communities.Create function wise BPM roadmap and manage expectations with 24 global process owners across all functions in AN. Establish clear guidelines for and expectations from these roles. Propose governance cadences to ensure appropriate communication among all the roles (Strategy to Execution).4. Process Maturity Build standard frameworks and indicators for measuring process maturity. Establish baseline from where future maturity ambitions can be planned and progress can be monitored.Integrate BPM and Process Mining in Celonis for measuring process adoption, identifying gaps and creating action plans leading to CI projects, automations etc. Community of Practice Foster a community of practice > employees consisting of GPOs, process managers, process coaches and process improvement teams for sharing best practices and key learnings across the organization. People ManagementManage a team of BPM experts.Recruit, mentor, motivate and empower the team to ensure overall career development of the employees.
