As the head of the PMO team, I\'m leading a group of project and continuous improvement managers for the Business Operations in our Automotive & Speciality Coatings Business. In this role, I\'m accountable for the delivery of cross-functional projects and the coordination of corporate and BU specific initiatives between various different stakeholders. The main goal is to improve our end-to-end operations through process analysis, derivation of correct problem statements and the implementation of suitable solutions.
