Am experienced R&D leader with extensive experience in innovation and supply chain optimisation. As a Process Development Manager at Quorn Foods, I lead a team of process developers and engineers to design, optimize, and scale up new and existing processes for our plant-based protein products. I leverage my skills in product R&D, Six Sigma, and quality management to ensure that our processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with food safety and environmental standards. Previously, I worked as a Process Development Manager and a Senior Process Developer at Mars, where I provided technical leadership on various projects across the Pet Nutrition supply network in Europe.
