Provided vision and energy for the entire company to help deliver results in the Meat Alternative Category. • Developed customer marketing programs, account-specific planning process, forecasting and funding structure to facilitate explosive growth. Worked closely with marketing, operations, and finance to support expansion into multiple trade channels. Closed national distribution with Whole Foods, UNFI, Kroger, Safeway, and Target as well as numerous regional accounts (Publix, Ahold, Meijer, Giant Eagle, Weis, Sprouts, Raley’s, Albertsons, Harris Teeter, Shop Rite, Big Y, HEB, Meijer, INFRA, fresh Thyme, Sprouts) to name a few. • Owned Distributor Partnerships with KeHE, C&S, UNFI and AWG. This included contract negotiations at each Distributor to grow portfolio of products they provided. • Owned Trade and Revenue Management with Full P&L Management Experience for all customers in the US. Developed the Joint Business plans and Sales Strategy for each customer with focus on Category Velocity and new distribution. • Worked with Marketing Team to develop NPD through the Stage Gate process for all USA Products. • Called on and opened the Club business at Costco, BJ’s, and Sam’s for Quorn Foods. This included product development specific for each of the 3 Club businesses. • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook. Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Gmail.
