A highlight was Vistamar, the second oceanfront golf course community built in Panama, where I helped bring in the course designer and elevate the region’s profile.I began my career in my late 20s selling waterfront properties on Lake Travis and Lake LBJ in Austin, an early chapter that ignited a lifelong passion for lifestyle-driven real estate. After that, I was hooked — resort selling is in my blood. Since then, I have played a key role in the launch, repositioning, and sales strategies of major branded residence and resort projects, working with development teams to position properties, revitalize demand, and build momentum in competitive markets.My experience includes IMI Living and the launch of Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the Jack Nicklaus Villas, the Viceroy Residences with The Kor Group in Mexico’s Riviera, Roco Ki, and The Cliffs Communities, a highly acclaimed collection of mountain and lake communities in the Blue Ridge Mountains, home to seven world-class golf courses, as well as coastal Bald Head Island, North Carolina. These collaborations shaped a deep understanding of how to align product vision with buyer demand and transform extraordinary places into enduring communities defined by beauty, strategic location, and intrinsic value.
