In line with National initiatives and funding, we are keen to ensure that expectations on digital are underpinned with solid foundations and brilliant basics - the core infrastructure and physical technology, a standardised service delivery model and robust and appropriate strategies, aligned to meeting organisational priorities and supporting improved outcomes.\\\\n\\\\nWe combine our portfolios at Seagry to support our clients with a joined up approach to the many challenges and opportunities that they face. As an example, we\'ve worked to combine programmes and projects that support the delivery of both Cost Improvement Planning and Digital Optimisation, and have supported NHS Organisations (and others) through complex prioritisation processes required to deliver the right outcomes in the right order. We understand the complexities in balancing supporting the needs of patients, citizens and staff whilst maintaining and improving organisational and financial performance.\\\\n\\\\nWe also understand the pressure that is faced across the health economy within the UK, where the post-pandemic \"generalised\" picture is one of increased NHS resources and associated costs but delivering lower than pre-pandemic activity and output.
