My Elite journey began almost 5 years ago after being approached by the Directors to come on board to manage and enhance the paid and organic social media presence. Within this time I have assisted and played a quintessential role in the development and growth of the business, both via marketing ventures and in-depth expansion plans.From where it started to where we now find ourselves, Elite Competitions has become a part of me; the experience I have gained, combined with the hard work and dedication of the team, is what has built the solid foundation that we now find ourselves operating from.My defined role within Elite Competitions consists of a wide range of responsibilities; many of which have the sole aim of growing and improving the business throughout all of its logistical and operational ventures. My knowledge of the business covers all corners of operation and my position within the business reflects this in its entirety.A breakdown of my key responsibilities- Managing all staff whilst overseeing their performance and quality of work- Liaising on a daily basis with the Managing Director to investigate and complete any ideas that may lead to exponential growth- Preparing all competitions ready for the products to be launched on our website, this consists of and is not limited to the following- Being the face of the company: Planning and presenting all live and promotional content; including all live competition draws, sales and winner content for all digital marketing platforms and any promotional content used to showcase the brand- Responsible for setting up and executing all live draws ensuring all checks have been made in order to have a transparent and engaging prize draw- Overseeing all ongoing projects within the business including: web development, UX improvements and implementations, Marketing strategies, staff targets, social media presence and product quality
