As the Director of Capital Markets & Finance for Condyne Capital, Tom is responsible for managing Condyne’s debt portfolio, working with its joint-venture equity investors as well as identifying and acquiring investment real estate. At Condyne, directly responsible for sourcing new acquisition/development opportunities, and securing high net worth, family office, and institutional equity to leverage Condyne’s buying capacity. Responsibilities include identifying and soliciting investment firms, foundations, pensions, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individuals; and coordinating the due diligence and investment process through closing. In addition to fund raising, Mr. Nealon assists in marketing and acquisitions efforts. Tom has over 10 years of experience in finance, asset management and acquisition plus five years of Wall Street experience. His most notable recent projects were a $40 million acquisition of a large flex/office portfolio located north of Boston, a large recap high bay portfolio over $70 million located across the state of Massachusetts and the most recent - new $100 million dollar development outside of Boston made up of around 1 million square feet. Tom is also instrumental in opening a new investment market in the Mid-Atlantic region and Florida for Condyne Capital where it is growing its presence and interests in the region for stable and value added properties.
