ABOUT TOM MOORE

A seasoned sales and marketing leader with over twenty years of experience at Southwest Airlines, specializing in corporate sales strategy, team leadership, and enterprise account growth. Proven track record of driving revenue, expanding market share, and building high-performing teams across multiple regions. Began career in 2005 in Southwest’s Chicago Marketing office, quickly advancing to National Account Manager in 2007. Over the next decade, led strategic initiatives to grow high yield business with major U.S. corporations, securing preferred carrier agreements and serving as a subject matter expert in airline distribution and corporate travel.Promoted in 2017 to Manager, Corporate Sales for the West Coast, and relocated to San Francisco. In this role, leading a team of eight National Account Managers focused on consultative sales and expanding Southwest’s corporate footprint. In 2022, advanced to Senior Manager, West District for National Accounts, now based in Denver. Currently lead a team of three Field Leaders and twelve Account Managers, responsible for strategic direction, talent development, and portfolio performance.
