ABOUT TOM MACKENZIE-LITTLE
I currently work in a client-facing role reporting on financial performance to the boards of SPVs, responsible for the asset management of PFI projects. Projects include multiple police facilities across the UK and a housing estate. Key responsibilities are to ensure the financial compliance of projects with lender covenants and provide value to shareholders. Other responsibilities include identifying financial opportunities and mitigating risks, forecasting and budgeting, contract monitoring and compliance, financial reporting (including statutory) and tax compliance. I am very motivated and always strive for quality whilst taking a pragmatic approach. I can work both independently/ collaboratively to get results. I have a blend of big-4 advisory and industry experience.
