Operate as the Finance Manager of my respective projects which currently include several Combined CHP (Biomass) Power Plants within the UK. Responsibilities include- Preparing and presenting the monthly Finance Packs at Board meetings- Monthly cashflow and forecasting updates- Leading the audit process on each project including going out to tender for new auditors- Financial model updates- Manage the tax affairs of the projects- Annual update of the operating budgets. Involves discussion of key assumptions with the Board and GMSA team- Ensure compliance with contractual documentation, statutory and regulatory framework- Participation in the development of the finance function, team and systems- Social Responsibility values winner for June 2024.
