Ethos are working with Shell on a safety culture improvement programme. With the aim to grow a culture of Inclusion, Care and Engagement. I have been involved onshore and offshore delivering safety leadership workshops and onsite coaching primarily on risk assessment, toolbox talks and effective observation conversation. I have also had large involvement in the creation and delivery of a 3 day safety coaching workshop for Shell that gives delegates the skills to effectively coach their colleagues.
