Managing the Global re-marketing team for HPEFS Asset management-Drive the worldwide re-marketing sales of all technology product lines originating from off-lease equipment, market buys and customer owned assets-Built strong relationships with all levels of decision-makers to drive the sale of equipment-Creates and manages sales funnel, forecast and measurement scorecard for all assigned sales quota’s & inventory metrics-Manage business justification and risk assessment for making investments in HPEFS partners-Lead a Global Product Manager team as well as HPEFS global external partners in the sales of equipment-Manage Fair Market Valuation, Residual Return Value. Pricing for asset recovery, rental and pre-owned sales efforts-Build opportunity pipeline, lead engagement process with sales colleagues, negotiate terms, develop statement of work-Key driver in achieving revenue and margin quota while developing and driving new business opportunities-Establish portfolio product line re-marketing strategies to optimise value recovery and meet P&L targets-Design of compensation plans and metrics to optimise sales behaviour; develop quota structure and ensure compensation reporting processes are in place and being executed-Support Residual Value process for all product categories, including assessing drivers for prior history behaviour as well as contributing to behavioural forecast process-Measured on and accountable for the product revenue, gross profit and inventory targets-Drive the lease or sale of equipment by valuing/buying customers\' existing equipment, and drive additional value through asset management services.
