ABOUT TOM GOODSITE

Tom Goodsite is a Managing Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for covering direct lending relationships in the eastern and southern regions of the United States, all major capital sources, including portfolio, Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac and bridge lending. Tom has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining Prudential in 1987, Tom has progressed through a series of roles before becoming a managing director in 2012. Since moving into a national accounts role in 2002, he has originated and closed on more than $30 billion worth of conventional, agency and construction perm loans across all asset classes. Tom has worked in central credit and underwriting as well as on the equity and development side. His career includes positions in the Prudential Realty Group.Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Tom currently serves on the Urban Mixed Use Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
