ABOUT TOM CONRAD MORRIS
Work Hard, Learn Lots, Help Someone. These are the philosophies that drive my life and passion for coaching and recruiting football. Furthermore, my passion is working with driven, determined and open minded footballers who are motivated to achieve their goals. My focus as a coach and a scout is to create an environment of continuous growth and development for all those involved in the program, club, or organization that I am working with. I am a firm believer that a coach is not the only part of a persons development, but they can play a key role in creating a challenging, nurturing and empowering environment that leads to excellence and accountability. My experience has taught me that identifying young players who share this growth mindset while having the physical and mental capacity to fulfill their potential is the key to development. I have been privileged enough to work in elite environments within professional clubs in the UK, the USA, and within the collegiate game. These roles have enabled me to work with and learn form a very diverse group of players, coaches, and support personnel. These experiences have taught me that at its core our sport is about people; connecting, motivating, leading, educating, mentoring, and coaching people to fulfill their potential. It is this understanding that directs my interactions within my roles.
