ABOUT TOM COLE

Tom has over 30 years’ experience in various aspects of construction including major infrastructure, residential and commercial building projects which includes service with Graham since Beginning his career as a carpenter and field surveyor, Tom’s analytical and leadership skills rapidly led him into increasingly senior leadership positions within operations delivery, experiencing roles in field and labour supervision, estimating, project management, operations management, M&A, and moving into his current role as a Vice President of Operations for Graham’s Infrastructure division. Tom has overseen regional infrastructure projects for Graham throughout Western Canada as a safety and quality professional proficient in profitability, staffing, and leadership. Tom is well versed in construction cost analysis, sequence of construction and construction duration planning. His project experience includes management and construction of roadways, bridges, water and wastewater treatment plants, along with light rail transit, cut & cover tunneling and casting and erection of segmental precast. Tom has a deep understanding of construction methods and constraints and can apply this wealth of knowledge to the various phases within the business without loosing connection to the front-line workers. His current responsibility as Vice President includes strategic partnerships, integration management as well as resource and process planning for the adherence to the infrastructure division’s long-term strategy.
