Responsible for the crafting roadmaps and delivery plans to ensure product success, customer adoption and advocacy, spearheading the management of many Blue Prism offerings, including- Interact: a digital front-end, human-in-the-loop (HITL) web application that allowed users to interact with the digital workforce, managing the transfer of work between the two workforces- Hub: A centralized web-application, the central control room to monitor and manage the digital workforce, diagnose and solve issues, report on worker efficiency, productivity and utilization- IADA: An AI that would monitor and manage the balance of work across human and digital systems, ensuring that work was routed to the necessary units and was prioritized to allow for most effective processing
