As the UK Graduate Programme Lead, I drive and develop the Graduate offering across the UK. My role supports the business to ensure that the Graduate programme responds to their needs and supports the Graduate community by delivering a rewarding experience that establishes their careers in Capgemini. I\'m very passionate about our new starter and early and emerging talent population, and how we support them and help them to develop. I utilise stakeholder management skills as well as hands-on involvement identifying capability gaps and designing and delivering effective solutions. I also act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and team members.

ABOUT TOM BATES
I currently have 5 years experience as a project manager, having worked for my current company Capgemini since 2015. I joined as part of a Management Graduate Scheme, and since completing this I received a place on the internal Fast Track Programme to further my development. I have worked on both public and private sector accounts. Some of my notable achievements in this role are; working on 2 Windows deployments to estates of over users, acting as a mentor to apprentices, completing a number of small to medium sized projects and achieving a number of internal and external certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master and AWS.
