ABOUT TOM HARMAN
Ph.D Chemist with a strong understanding of cGMP CDMO API manufacture, especially on the operational and commercial sides. I typically work in a multi-project environment reporting in to VPs and members of the site management team. M main drive is to contribute to each project and make them a sucess.I enjoy self development and learning new skills. Another passion is process improvements and identifying strategic changes. During my time in industry I have been lucky enough to learn from some great teachers and learn different approaches to a problem.I have a wide network to support activities and enjoy meeting with them at trade shows.
