Key part of the service team delivering design, implementation and troubleshooting MPLS network providing L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS and Internet services to internal business units all around the world. • Providing onsite support of Juniper solution based on MX-series devices and Junospace for provisioning, inventory management and automation of the solution. • Design validation and verification testing of new features and software (“bug scrub”) • Interoperability testing, multi-vendor interoperability with external networks and peers. • Implementation support • Knowledge transfer to customer staff • Operational assistance
