I lead a high-performing team spanning operations, finance, IT, marketing and communications, people and culture, and process optimisation to ensure the organisation’s support systems and processes enable its strategic goals.Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership Team to integrate operational and financial insights into strategic decision-making.As part of my role I am committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi, embedding Te Ao Māori perspectives throughout organisational practice, and fostering an inclusive, equitable environment for staff and ākonga. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with funders, auditors, and sector partners ensuring compliance, risk management, and alignment with industry standards, enabling Skills Active Te Mahi Ako to deliver high-quality vocational education outcomes nationwide.
