Passionate about promoting inclusivity and diverse excellence in the aerospace industry, Theodore champions initiatives that create equitable opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds and strives to be a catalyst for transformative industry change.Theodore serves as the Executive Director for Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) USA, works as a Program Coordinator for the NASA L’SPACE Program, is a member of the Executive Team for the Sally Ride Fellowship and serves as the Project Manager for Skyfall Space — a NASA-funded startup focused on pioneering technologies for active orbital debris removal. Theodore is currently pursuing dual bachelor\'s degrees at Arizona State University in Aerospace (Astronautics) Engineering and Earth and Space Exploration (Astrobiology and Biogeosciences).
