ABOUT TISHINA RASULALLAH

I am passionate about accelerating access to healthcare innovation for patients who need it most. I have a PhD in biomedical sciences, a master\'s in public policy, and 10+ years of experience designing and delivering patient-centered access strategies across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. I specialize in connecting innovation to impact — translating complex regulatory, scientific, and policy landscapes into actionable strategies that expand access to lifesaving therapies in emerging and underserved markets. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional collaborations with governments, global agencies, and local partners to navigate regulatory environments, drive product introduction, and strengthen healthcare delivery systems. My work has contributed to improving HIV treatment; reproductive health access; maternal, newborn and child health outcomes; and health equity for millions. Now, I am excited to bring this expertise to the biotech and pharmaceutical sector, helping organizations advance regulatory strategy, market access, and global health initiatives that prioritize diverse patient needs and expand healthcare innovation to every community.
