ABOUT GARY TINKLER CDCSP

With over 30 years of experience in the data centre industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader who strives to deliver sustainable and efficient data centre solutions for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, 5G, and cloud environments. As the Managing Director for Northern Data Groups Data Centres, I work as part of the Executive leadership team of Northern Data Group to aid the design, construction and delivery of \"Next Generation\" of AI Factories/ Data Centres, designed and supportive of HPC to support AI. I leverage my technical and sales skills to support the business and lead the organisation on its growth trajectory.My expertise in data centre design, colocation, interconnection, AI/HPC and cloud services enables me to partner with customers and stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and globally, and to deliver multi-million pound projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and insights with others. I am a certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP), Certified Data Centre Sustainability Professional (CDCSP) and Data Centre Technician Professional (CDCTP), and I hold multiple qualifications in electrical and mechanical installation.
