With over 11 years of experience in the construction and data center industries, I am a Global HSE Manager at Northern Data Group a leading global provider of data center solutions. I oversee the health, safety, and environmental performance of our Globally located facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and best practices. I manage a team of HSE professionals and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and improve HSE policies, procedures, and systems. I also lead the waste management strategy and initiatives for the region, reducing the environmental impact and costs of our operations. I am proficient in Windows and SAP, and I have advanced skills in EHS and waste management. I am passionate about creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for our employees, customers, and communities. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
