I’m a systems thinker with a technical foundation in engineering and a passion for innovation, sustainability, and community impact. My career spans public and private sectors—including local government, higher education, non-profit, corporations, and most recently, Plug and Play Tech Center, a global startup accelerator and venture capital firm.At the City of Phoenix and Arizona State University, I contributed to strategic initiatives through research, systems analysis, marketing campaigns, event activations, and raising brand awareness. At Plug and Play, I led the operations and community-building efforts for the Arizona sustainability accelerator program—connecting early-stage startups with a global network of corporate partners, investors, and resources. I managed mentorship programs and investor relations, produced high-profile events, and developed programming that activated Arizona’s innovation ecosystem—from executive dinners and startup mixers to pitching forums and public expos.I thrive at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, using data, design thinking, and relationship-building to drive meaningful change. As a woman in STEM and an alum of Arizona Forward’s Emerging Sustainability Leaders program, I’m committed to creating spaces where diverse ideas flourish and partnerships spark scalable impact across sectors like sustainability, aerospace, and semiconductors.
