Role involves overseeing department programs and team, project management, developing internal and external processes for our programs and services. providing one-to-one food-based business consulting, developing internal and external communications, and developing organizational strategies. I oversee our food entrepreneurship programming and commercial kitchen spaces to assist and nurture growing food-based businesses in Arizona. I also oversee our food access programming which includes community garden spaces, a choice food pantry and community cooking & gardening classes for children. I work to showcase our food-related programming and stories through Local First Arizona\'s Good Food Finder, an online platform and directory promoting food production across the state. I also oversee project management for our department to ensure our projects and tasks are being completed effectively and in a timely manner.
