ABOUT TINA KIDD

I am a motivated and committed quality professional with 13 years’ experience of managing and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) at GSK, with specialist expertise in document management and data integrity.I am clear communicator, able to take complex concepts and express them in a simple and engaging way; for example, when creating policy and procedures, training, videos or other materials, or when coaching or delivering training.I am experienced at working across boundaries with diverse stakeholders to develop integrated and aligned solutions and ways of working – I am able to see the big picture as well as practical considerations and can design, implement and continuously improve highly effective processes and systems to meet organisational objectives and quality requirements.I am highly IT-literate and quick to learn and optimise the use of technology - with experience as super-user/administrator in a wide variety of systems, for example, document management systems (Veeva, Documentum, QuMAS), learning management systems (SAP SuccessFactors), Sharepoint and Teams.I have a proven track record of highly effective programme management and governance of a major QMS transformation programme at GSK - setting up and implementing processes to monitor and report progress and manage risks, issues and decisions. I am certified in the EFQM business excellence model both as an assessor and organisational change leader. I was part of an international assessment team for the EFQM 2022 Global Award - a process to recognising outstanding organisations worldwide through a robust and challenging assessment process.All this is underpinned by my strong quality mindset, a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical quality systems, ICH Q10 and GMP / GDP regulations.
