Assist transferees and their family members with relocation arrangements in accordance with the organization\'s relocation policy· Provide guidance to internal clients regarding the organization’s relocation programs· Process and manage the transferees relocation expenses for reimbursement· Prepare necessary documents for the distribution of any move-related funds such as equity advances, allowances, and bonuses· Ensure monthly and yearly reconciliations for internationals, cross border relocations, and intermittent travellers· Track expenses and status activity of all relocations and prepare reports for management· Ensure year-end process deadlines are met and payroll entries are completed· Work alongside tax and immigration providers for accurate reporting and compliance· Manage Relocation Vendor billing
