Tim Sullivan is a 40-year toy industry veteran spanning executive positions in Kenner, Hasbroand Spin Master. Tim’s career includes hands-on product design, engineeringmanagement, Asia vendor and manufacturing supply operations in addition to safety andcompliance across of simultaneous products. Tim is a leading authority in offshorelight product manufacturing and holds multiple global patents in toy invention and design.Tim began his career in the motorcycle industry following a racing passion. At Vetter Fairing, he worked closely with its namesake and nationally renowned designer which laid the foundation for Tim’s design insights throughout his career. When Vetter changed ownership in 1984, Tim began children’s project work at Kenner. While there, Tim developed marquee products in XRC®, Baby Alive®, Star Wars®, Jurassic Park®, Play-Doh®, EasyBake®, Tonka®, and Nascar® toy brands. Kenner was acquired by Hasbro in 1992. Over the following four years, Tim was elevated into senior engineering management at Hasbro responsible for all boys categories. Tim was assigned to Hong Kong in to oversee vendor engineering for Hasbro\'s entire toy and game portfolio in the orient. From 2003 to 2011, Tim led all vendor sourcing, downstream global design and product execution in Asia for the firm. Tim left Hasbro in 2011 for an opportunity in Spin Master. Continuing in Hong Kong, Tim accelerated Asia R&D progression into global toy and game development. One year later, Tim relocated to Spin Master\'s Toronto headquarters leading the development and project management processes for the company. In 2014, Spin Master expanded Tim’s leadership role to include Product Integrity/Compliance in addition to his significant contributions in R&D and product innovation. Now retired, Tim most recently led Spin Master enterprise accountability to safety, product integrity, product and factory compliance, serving product design and execution oversight and navigating brands through critical balance between pioneering innovation and global safety regulation. Tim additionally initiated Spin Master\'s enterprise sustainability through industry leading developments in product material, packaging design, and data engineering.Specialties:/
