Managing all aspects of operational performance by our contracted 3PLs and various co-packer operations throughout the Eastern U.S-Teaching, leading, and coaching a team of Logistics Specialists supervising all inbound/outbound operations, load planning, inventory control, value added services, order-fulfillment and retailer compliance-Partnership with site leadership in developing and executing corrective actions to maintain cost, customer service and KPI performance within established guidelines-Compile and provide regular KPI reporting regarding specific sites to Executive management-Review and provide first-line approval for all site related costs and invoices. Review and provide recommendations to executive management regarding overtime and other incremental expenditures- Collaborate with Supply Chain counterparts in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, and other areas of the business to execute orders to customer requirements for various distribution channels, including B2B and D2C. Ensuring orders are leaving the DCs on time and in full-Leading in change management and cross-functional process improvement projects.
