My focus as a boutique bespoke property consultant, working in association with Keller Williams, is to provide unsurpassed service to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants, supporting clients with all their property requirements in Guildford and the local villages; The Clandon\'s, The Horsley’s Ripley, Send, Shere and Chilworth which is hyper-local to where I live. I was as a child in lived near Godalming in Shackleford and moved to Guildford in my early twenties. I have lived in several areas around Guildford and have now settled in West Clandon with my family. I know the area very well indeed! The foundations of my business are honesty and integrity and I am driven to provide outstanding service always. I proactively market property with an eye for detail, I am looking to give client\'s maximum exposure as we have access to all the portals and I\'m focused on going the extra mile using social media to market our properties too. My target is to achieve the highest value for every property sold or let, as the business owner I will take full responsibility working with buyers and negotiating every offer directly as part of my bespoke service. I deliver a boutique bespoke service tailored to each client’s requirements! You will only deal with me and I will be the only point of contact through the transaction making selling or letting a property with me a unique experience. You will not be passed from a manager to their team or a call centre who don\'t know you, it’s my business I want to build long standing relationships based on trust and service you can rely on.
