I have been assisting medium and large businesses with their risk management plans since 2001. Since 2006 I have been a partner and manager of an independently operated insurance and risk management firm. I\'m an expert in the implementation and administration of risk management plans. Specialist in all lines of commercial insurance. Strategic plans for clients include aggressive rate negotiation and detailed coverage analysis.In my personal life, I enjoy sailing, surfing, free diving, and anything in the water. I married the love of my life, Melynda, since 2003. My two children, Chanel and Bryce, are my pride and joy. We are dog lovers and they are my real boss. Besides work, family, and hobbies, I love attending Zion Church and hanging with my church family.
