I am fortunate to work for a global top 5,$100+ billion global systems integrator and managed services provider that designs, manages, and optimises today’s evolving technology environments to enable its clients to leverage data in a digital age.My responsibility as Senior Global Client Delivery/Customer Service Management is to oversee and improve the services to NTT\'s clients by leading, driving and building a sustainable practices across multiple geographies, and particularly for leading global investment and financial and ERP companies.This role includes the direct and matrix management of 200+ highly skilled IT reources globally, coupled with collaborative portal and service management, process modelling including financial, resource retention, complex service levels, and contract nuances.
